End-to-end Trendyol Marketplace store work was carried out for a jewelry workshop in Izmir, Turkey.
The whole process, from cargo to packaging, from product variety to production, was reworked for this jeweler’s workshop, which has nearly zero products in its store, can only sell once in 1-2 months, and has difficulty in raising its store score.
In this store, where I reached daily 5-7 sales figures, 9.3+ store points and 300+ followers in a 6-month period, the process started by making competitor analysis.
Afterwards, studies were carried out at the open points in the market and product lists were determined. It was emphasized that the plus points of the company such as being a production workshop and creating a flexible product range were highlighted. Color and chain length variations were created for each product in this production store, which sells silver jewelry, that customers can easily choose from. All products have been processed into their respective categories. The content of each product has been carefully created.
By determining the points where there was a blockage in the cargo process, it was ensured that the orders were produced in a condition that could be delivered to the cargo within 1 day.
During the packaging process, presentations were made in wooden boxes with the company’s logo, and gift products such as coffee and chocolate were sent to the customer with the package.
Trainings were given on answering customer messages on the platform.
The company, which increases customer comments, store comments and points with all these positive touches, also achieves a considerable turnover through digital platforms in addition to its shop works.
